CLIFF FARM – A HISTORY
The house appears to have been two properties:
- two staircases, one running from garden porch towards yard, one in kitchen running fro gble end towards utility room
- wall between two parts of lounge appears to have been double thickness (from plasterboard width in bedroom with ensuite, so no evidence there
- number of doors: two garden doors, two yard doors
- difference in ceiling heights at ground and first floor
-
So treat as two cliff farms in censuses
